This works very much like security tokens. However, the data or tradeable asset is minted to an NFT contract, giving an investor a unique 1/1 encrypted, cryptographic contract that is not divisible and will represent a set amount of equity shares and ownership rights. The bonus to the NFT raise is the amount of additional data that can be sent to an investor, such as ownership documents, property photos, contract of engagement. A disadvantage is that an NFT asset is not divisible. You buy 100 shares; you have to sell 100 shares if you choose to at any point
