Examples of Revenue Streams

Fundi Finance Platform has an inbuilt fee system that generates income based on a per-transaction or use of the platform services. One Example is fees per project LLC for raising funds on the Fundi Finance platform. The average house price in the UK is 263,000 a 1.5% fee would equal 3,945.

Fundi Finance LLC will also generate LTV profit from real estate projects managed and owned by Fundi Finance LLC. We aim to build a portfolio of real estate assets that pay a passive income to investors and the company.

Consultancy and software, Fundi Finance team is experienced in creating digital securities tokens of Real estate assets or projects. Fundi Finance also has additional packages to project LLC such as governance systems for investors.

The Fundi Tax System

The Fundi Finance tax system is a series of smart contract fees taken from services and products in the Fundi ecosystem.

This system is designed to reward investors for contributing to crucial protocol areas, such as voting or supplying liquidity. All revenue collected under tax smart contracts is re-allocated to the protocol’s investors. The Fundi team receives no direct income from tax wallets, though we may receive rewards as users of the system. We are on a par with other investors.

Like many protocols, Fundi Finance’s token system rewards investors who supply liquidity to various ecosystem areas, such as loans and liquidity pools. Part of this system will be live at launch. Tax collected will be locked in a tax wallet while early farming of house tokens proceeds.
