Fundi Finance Security Token or $FFST is a second layer governance token that gives governing power to individuals over securitiesrelated areas of the Finance Finance LLC. What makes the $FFST token unique is its function to represent the value of Fundi Finance LLC equity dividends.
This security token will vote on all corporate and regulatory, sides of the Fundi Finance LLC and govern areas such as business activity, handling of securities assets, dividend rewards, legislation, company shares, tax, employment, development, company assets, company profit.
The $FFST token will have a unique identification number programmed into its metadata, the same number will match the Fundi Finance LLC company registration Number. The token will represent the value of dividend rewards to Fundi Finance LLC equity share. 1 token = dividend rewards of 1 share. $FFST only indirectly represents the equity of the Fundi Finance LLC, the real shares never leave the company and $FFST intrinsically represent business dividends and voting power.
