Platform Investment

The starting platform will connect two investment structures, lending/borrowing and fractional equity shares. The choice solely depends on the individual projects LLC decision; raising funds in each system is very different.

FRACTIONAL EQUITY SHARES

TOKENS For an investor, this process is simply the purchase of equity shares from a project LLC. An investor will receive an allocation of security tokens to represent their invested share of equity into a project LLC. Each ticket will receive the dividends entitled to each share, thus creating a secondary market demand for such an asset. For a project LLC selling equity shares means selling parts of your development or real estate project and also the percentage of the profit they would also bring.
