Situation:

Fundi Finance LLC is now in the final steps of company formation; we are actively seeking Angel

  • All angels will have to KYC according to Georgian and angel investors jurisdictional law. Accredited or High Net individuals, this is a securities transaction.

  • Depending on your jurisdictional law, this may be treated as a tax relief investment.

  • All legal fees are covered within the initial investment at no cost to the investor.

  • Due to each investment's legal cost, the minimum investment threshold is $10,666.66, which equals a value of 0.2% per allocation of $10,666.66 allocation.

Investment are possible up to a total of $1.6 million for 30% in business equity shares.
