Fundi's Business Model

Overview

  • The Fundi Finance platform is a blockchain dapp for investment, funding, and development of real estate projects.

  • Connecting to the platform will allow investors to invest digital funds in return for fractional ownership shares of real estate projects.

  • It also allows real estate developers, entrepreneurs, and businesses to present their real estate projects, ideas, or business plans to a pool of willing investors, in return for fractional ownership shares or business equity.

  • Fractional shares or Equity shares will appeal for dividend returns and asset profit.

  • Each real estate asset development or venture will have the option to be governed via a DAO voting system designed for each project.
